When Enterprise asked us to help celebrate drives, passions and people through video we didn’t hesitate. Our first film takes us to Big Cricket Farms in Ohio, where they are addressing concerns about feeding the world’s increasing population with sustainable, affordable and highly nutritious insects. The second takes us to Growing Heart Farm in NY, which explores two trending topics—vacations that put you to work, and our increasing interest in where and how our food is grown.
Grub to Gourmet features Big Cricket Farms’ founder and CEO Kevin Bachhuber, who charmingly explains why he began growing crickets, their environmental benefits and how they taste like a blend of cashews and sweet corn.
